The LUZHEN LPG Cylinder Dual Valve is a high-performance valve designed specifically for LPG cylinders with a capacity not exceeding 48 kg, supporting both vapour and liquid service. The valve features an integrated design combining a pressure relief device and an excess flow protection device, providing comprehensive safety protection for LPG cylinders.

1. Excess Flow Protection for Safety
This valve is equipped with an excess flow valve on the liquid side. In the event of a hose rupture or line breakage, the excess flow valve automatically closes when the flow rate reaches 9 ℓ/min, effectively preventing excessive product loss from the cylinder and avoiding safety incidents caused by leakage.

3. High-Quality Sealing and Assembly Process
- Strict inspection and removal of sharp edges, burrs, and foreign matter left from part machining before assembly to ensure seals are not damaged during installation
- Parts must not be bumped, scratched, or corroded during assembly, ensuring product appearance and performance
- Anti-tamper treatment on the valve body after assembly to prevent disassembly by unauthorized personnel
4. Rigorous Pressure Testing Standards
- Under 1.2 times the nominal working pressure and at 0.05 MPa, the valve is held for 1 minute in both open and closed positions, ensuring no leakage
- Pressure relief set pressure: 2.6 MPa
- Relief pressure range: 2.8 ~ 3.4 MPa
- Reseating pressure: 2.08 MPa
5. Applicable Product Standards
Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T15382-2021 "General Technical Requirements for Gas Cylinder Valves". The product has a nominal working pressure of 2.5 MPa and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C, suitable for various extreme climatic conditions.
