1. Design and Material Procurement:
After the design is completed, appropriate materials such as cast steel, cast iron, and stainless steel are selected.
Various raw materials, including castings, bars, and forgings, are purchased.

 

2. Material Inspection:
All incoming raw materials are inspected by the quality control department for chemical composition, dimensions, and hardness.

 

3. Part Manufacturing:
Blank Manufacturing: Blanks are produced from round steel or forgings according to the design drawings and process requirements.
Forging/Casting: Blanks are processed into blanks for key components such as the valve body, disc, and seat through forging or casting.
Machining: Rough and finish machining is performed on the blanks to achieve the dimensions and quality standards specified in the drawings.
Overlay Welding and Heat Treatment: Parts requiring welded sealing surfaces, such as the disc and seat, undergo welded welding and subsequent heat treatment to increase wear resistance.
Sealing Surface Grinding: The valve sealing surfaces are ground to ensure good sealing performance.

 

4. Surface Treatment:
Surface treatment of valve stems and other components is performed as required, such as nitriding, quenching, or chemical plating.

 

5. Final Assembly:
The processed components are assembled to form a complete valve.

 

6. Final Inspection and Testing:
Hardness testing and dye penetration testing are performed on the sealing surfaces to ensure quality.
Various performance tests are performed, including pressure resistance and sealing tests.

 

7. Packaging and Shipping:
Qualified valves are packaged and prepared for shipment.
