Main Manufacturing Steps
1. Cylinder Body Manufacturing:
Cutting: Cut the metal sheet to the designed dimensions.
Punching: Punch holes in the sheet for connection.
Elongated Hole Punching: Punch longer holes to prepare for subsequent connection and forming.
Pre-Bending: Pre-bend the sheet to initially form the cylinder.
Engraving the Large Protective Cap: Engraving the large protective cap.
Rolling: Roll the sheet to further shape it.
Welding: Weld the pre-bent sheet to form the complete cylinder shell.
Pressing: Press the cylinder shell to achieve the required shape and strength.
2. Head Processing:
Shearing: Cut the sheet to the desired shape.
Deburring: Remove burrs from the sheet edges to ensure smoothness.
Calendaring: Calender the sheet to improve surface quality. Head Beveling: Bevels the cylinder head to create a specific angle.
Head Drilling: Drills a hole in the cylinder head for subsequent installation and connection.
Head Polishing: Polishes the cylinder head for a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing finish.
3. Pad Processing:
Shearing: Cuts the sheet metal for the pad.
Rolling: Rolls the sheet metal to change its thickness and shape.
Welding: Welds the rolled pad to the cylinder.
Sanding: Sands the pad to create a smooth, even surface.
Cutting: Performs the final cut to ensure accurate dimensions.
4. Cylinder Body Processing:
After all the above components are processed, the cylinder body undergoes final processing to ensure the overall quality and performance of the cylinder.
