Shanghai Luzhen supplies high pressure LPG braided hose assemblies for cylinder-to-regulator connections and other approved LPG applications upstream of the regulator.

Our current product range includes a black nylon-braided hose with a working pressure of 20 bar and a brass-colored stainless steel braided hose with a working pressure of 25 bar. Hose construction, length, fittings, threads and pressure ratings can also be developed according to the customer's technical requirements and destination-market standards.

Black Nylon-Braided LPG Hose

 

The black high pressure braided hose uses a nylon braided outer layer to provide flexibility and external protection. It can be supplied with customized connectors for compatible LPG cylinder, valve and regulator systems.

Stainless Steel Braided LPG Hose

 

The high pressure stainless steel braided hose features a brass-colored stainless steel outer braid and matching metal connections. Its reinforced construction is suitable for specified LPG installations requiring a 25 bar working-pressure rating.

• Hydrostatic burst pressure: 120 bar
• Outer reinforcement: Brass-colored stainless steel braid
• Hose length: Customized

The hydrostatic burst pressure is a

destructive test result and must not be

treated as the normal operating pressure or

proof-test pressure.
