The Metal Circle Blanking Line is designed to produce circular steel blanks directly from steel coils. In a gas cylinder production line, these steel discs are subsequently formed into upper and lower cylinder halves through deep drawing and related forming processes.

A complete line can integrate coil loading, uncoiling, straightening, controlled feeding, circle blanking, finished-disc discharge and scrap handling. Press capacity, coil width, feeding arrangement, die dimensions and automation level can be configured according to the customer's cylinder specifications and production requirements.

A 400-ton press is a commonly used configuration for steel disc production. However, the final press capacity must be selected according to the disc diameter, material grade, steel thickness, mechanical properties, die design and required production output.
